Deposit:   

We require only a 1-nights deposit to confirm your reservations.  For reservations confirmed within 31 days of arrival the full amount is due at time of booking.  For our larger 6,7,8,9 bedroom homes,  the final amount will be due 46 days prior to arrival.  Balance for 2-5 bedroom homes is due 31 days prior to arrival.  Balance for our 6-9 bedroom homes is due 46 days prior to arrival. 

Protection Plan:

We understand while you are on vacation that it is your time to enjoy your family and relax. Don’t let small incidental damages ruin your vacation. We know that small spills on the carpet and marks on the wall will happen. Although they are accidents, there is still a cost to correct the unintentional damage. This is why Vacation Home Booking  has developed the Vacation Protection Plan. For a flat $59.00 fee, you will be covered for all small damages up to $300.00. This will cover you for stains on the carpet, marks on the wall, broken dishes, stained or damaged towels, and  other small items.  

The Damage Protection Plan does not cover damages due to negligence or gross negligence on the part of the renter or guests nor does it cover intentional damages to the property.  It also does not cover theft. If you choose the protection plan, we will still need your credit card information. If damage does occur, please report it as it occurs so that we may be able to access and/or minimize the extent of the damages. The protection plan is only valid if the incident is reported prior to departure. It will become void upon departure. If it is determined that the damage was not caused by accident and was the result of inappropriate action resulting in negligence, the guest is then responsible for all damages.
